This request for rezoning of a small parcel of land from RE-1 <br /> to B-1 is being made on behalf of Bishops Bay Country Club, because <br /> at the time of zoning the clubhouse area to B-1 the area was kept <br /> to a minimum. When final plans were prepared it made sense to <br /> construct the pool area more centrally into the golf/parking area <br /> to keep the noise and lights away from the existing residences . <br /> A tennis-swimming pavilion is being built in this area and it <br /> is a normal service for this type of building to provide the sale <br /> of swimming and tennis accessories and food and beverage to the <br /> country club members and their guests . <br /> We were informed that this change of zoning would be required <br /> at the time of obtaining the building permit for the pavilion. <br /> Rezoned.par <br />
