MOTION <br /> On May 18, 1995, this board adopted zoning ordinance amendment no. 6232 which <br /> granted a rezoning to Bishop's Bay Founders Group for construction of a clubhouse, all <br /> conditioned on the recording of certain deed restrictions requested by the Town of Westport. <br /> The requested deed restrictions had been previously recorded on a separate parcel which was <br /> originally planned for the clubhouse. Unfortunately, whether due to the change in ownership or <br /> otherwise, the present owners of this property did not record the deed restrictions within the <br /> designated 90 day period. The present owners are desirous of complying with the zoning <br /> requirement and the town is amenable to extending the 90 day period to allow recording of the <br /> deed restrictions. <br /> I, THEREFORE, MOVE that this Board's previous action on zoning ordinance <br /> amendment no. 6232 be amended to extend the period within which the deed restrictions are to <br /> be recorded to February 15, 1996. <br /> Submitted by: <br /> res9975 <br />
