Legal description of the land to be rezoned and granted a <br /> conditional use permit as a Church. <br /> See exhibit "A", Parcel A, Vol.11456 page 26 for the <br /> property located in the Town of Dunn # 14-0610-253.9000-4. <br /> Tax parcel no. : 14-25-561 .3 <br /> The Church property in question is currently zoned as B-1 . <br /> We have a certificate ( No. 26696, dated 3/24/77 ) which <br /> granted us use of the land as a Church when the building was <br /> originally constructed. At this time we are in the process of <br /> expanding the Fellowship Hall area, and have been advised that <br /> we should seek a rezoning more appropriate for a Church. The <br /> Town of Dunn is suggesting a change to RH-3. We have put <br /> our request on the agenda for the Town board meeting to be <br /> held Feb. 13, 1995. <br />
