The report stated your duplex has twelve(12)bedrooms. <br /> The Dane County Code of Ordinances(DCCO) is available at the following: <br /> https://danedocs.countyofdane.com/webdocs/pdf/ordinances/ord010.pdf. <br /> Section 10.01of the DCCO states the following: <br /> • (74) Structural alteration.Any change in the dimensions of a structure or in the interior layout or floor plan <br /> of a structure; <br /> Section 10.25 of the DCCO states the following: <br /> • (2)Zoning permits.
