ApR 101995 <br /> Belleville, Wi. <br /> April 8, 1995 <br /> Dane County Zoning Dept: <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # 6237 by Gary Best. <br /> We spent about two years obtaining R-1 Residential zoning on this parcel <br /> and one immediately west of it. Montrose was reluctant to rezone from <br /> farm land--we promised the neighbors that if we could get the rezoning, <br /> we would keep it single family. At that time we sold one lot to Roger <br /> Hendrickson and one lot to Roger Goke who since then has resold it to <br /> Gary Best. <br /> I do not think it would be fair to Roger Hendrickson on the west to re- <br /> zone it to R-3A Duplex zoning unless the Hendricksons and the other <br /> neighbors would be in favor of it which I understand they are not. <br /> Herbert Blaser <br /> Blaser Development LLC <br />
