This proposed duplex rezoning appears consistent with the adopted town/county policy in the Town <br /> of Dunn. One duplex exists and another is proposed. In 1987,the plan was amended to allow rezoning of <br /> duplexes " on the condition that the density of dwelling units per acre does not exceed the maximum <br /> permissible density that the Town would approve for new R-1 zoning." <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> The existing private sewage system must remain on the same parcel with the existing duplex. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"AB"is not a controlled access highway, however, any changes to existing driveways or requests for new <br /> access require the approval of our area supervisor. <br /> OTHER <br />
