This <br /> will allow us to create four single family lots which will <br /> then be sold in the near future . Probably within 2 years . <br /> Fourteen years ago , the previous owner of this farm, <br /> Paul Berlin , surveyed a 2-acre lot in the middle of this <br /> field to build his retirement home . The result is a U-shaped <br /> field that jogs around his lot . By rezoning slightly less <br /> than 5 acres , we can square-up the field and eliminate 4 <br /> corners in the field , 3 of which are inside corners . Then , <br /> by changing some field borders we can work the remaining land <br /> easier and more efficiently. Since the road is already <br /> there , we can accomplish this while giving up minimal <br /> acreage . <br /> There are single family homes on the west/southwest side <br /> of Creek Haven Rd. and part of the northeast side . The <br /> remaining east/northeast side of the road is zoned A- 1EX. <br /> Three of the lots ( # 2-3-4 ) would be almost an acre , which we <br />
