DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6249 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the A-2 (4) , A-2 (8) and A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described land: Pet. #6249: Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 28, Town of Primrose described as follows : TO A-2 (4) : Commencing at the East quarter corner, Section 28, thence along the East line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 28, N 00° 00' 00" East a distance of 208 . 01 feet to the North line of Ridge Road; thence along said North line, N 47° 34 ' 03" West a distance of 898 . 82 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said North line, N 47° 34 ' 03" West a distance of 488 . 69 feet; thence N 50° 12 ' 26" East, a distance of 334 . 48 feet; thence S 89° 57 ' 32" East a distance of 607 .08 feet; thence S 42° 48 ' 47" West a distance of 740.71 feet to the point of beginning.
