This proposed rezoning appears consistent with the adopted town/county plan map and policies in <br /> the Town of Primrose. The area north of Ridge Road,along with the church to the west and the residential lots to <br /> the east, is designated as low density residential areas,where such parcels are allowed by policy. <br /> The area south of the road appears to be a substandard parcel which cannot remain A-1 Agriculture(Exclusive) <br /> and the A-2 zoning is probably most appropriate. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> Soil evaluations have been conducted for the two proposed parcels north of Ridge Road.
