Sena Endres, owner <br /> of the land, now resides in a nursing home. <br /> Her home and land must now be sold in order <br /> to pay for nursing home fees. <br /> Therefore, we would like to rezone 1.5 acres <br /> to provide land for the residence of Ronald <br /> Endres, son of Sena Endres. We would also <br /> like to rezone a 3-acre plot of land with her <br /> home on it and sell the balance of the crop- <br /> land. We would like to rezone to RH-1. <br /> Daniel Birrenkott, land surveyor, will be send- <br /> ing a revised survey map regarding the above. <br /> Please send on to the Town of York as soon as <br /> possible.
