IMINNOMIL <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6259 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Springfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to <br /> include in the R-1A Residential and LC-1 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6259: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 26, Town of Springfield described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Beginning at The Southwesterly corner of Lot #1, <br /> Certified Survey Map #2189; thence South 100 feet; thence West 217 <br /> feet; thence North 288 feet; thence East 217 feet to the most <br /> Northwesterly corner of said Lot #1; thence South 188 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1A: Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #2189, recorded in <br /> Volume 8 of Dane County Certified Surveys on Page 432 . <br /> TO LC-1: A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot #1, Certified Survey <br /> Map #2189; thence South 100.00 feet; thence East 460 feet; thence <br /> North 100 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Lot #2, Certified <br /> Survey Map #2189; thence West 450 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 .
