DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6261 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> • <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the R-3A Residential District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6261 : <br /> part of Lots 1 an 2 of Certified Survey Map #506 recorded in Volume <br /> 2 on pages 318 and 319 of Certified Survey Maps, Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds, also being a part of Government Lot #1, Section <br /> 25, Town of Dunn described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest <br /> corner of said Lot #2, thence N 63° 11 ' 00" East, along the North <br /> line of said Lot #2, 2, 254 . 66 feet to the Northeast corner of said <br /> Lot #2, thence S 00° 27 ' 00" West, along the East line of said Lot <br /> #2 and said Lot #1, 1, 251 . 47 feet; thence N 89° 33 ' 00" West, <br /> 226. 36 feet to the West line of said Lot #2; thence N 00° 27 ' 00" <br /> East, along said West line, 134 . 80 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT , <br /> * <br />
