Hwy `N' and Rinden <br /> Road in the Town of Pleasant Springs, in the County of Dane, Wisconsin, Owner, Marvin O. Thomann, 14 <br /> Forest Dale court, Madison, Wisconsin. <br /> It is requested that the above lots are to be rezoned from C-1 zoning to the following; a minimum of one acre of <br /> the north east portion will be rezoned to R-1 for the propose of single family residence and the remainder of the <br /> 1.75 acres will be rezoned to C-2 zoning with the limited use of (q.) parking and storing of motor vehicles, (s.) <br /> warehouses and (u.) Mini-warehouses. Any other uses in C-1 or C-2 are void. (See attached page from the <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs and Proposed Site Plan). <br /> Also, we are asking for a variance to omit the screening between the R-1 Zoning parcel and the C-2 Zoning <br /> (limited)parcel , as long as both parcels are owned by the same ownership.
