DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6168 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes and R-1A Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6168 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Cottage Grove <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said <br /> Section 30; thence N 01° 49' 54" West along the East line of said <br /> Northeast quarter, 653. 00 feet; thence N 89° 03' 01" West 269. 18 <br /> feet; thence N 01° 49' 54" West parallel to the East line of asid <br /> Northeast quarter 141 .70 feet; thence S 84° 33 ' 49" West along the <br /> South line of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #3721 and parallel to <br /> the south line of the said Northeast quarter 772 . 92 feet to the <br /> centerline of Femrite Drive; thence S 53° 43' 00" East along said <br /> centerline 1237 .24 feet to the South line of the Northeast quarter <br /> of asid Section 30; thence N 84° 33' 57" East along said South line <br /> 66. 96 feet to the said East quarter corner and the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO R-1A: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said <br /> Section 30; thence N 01° 49' 54" West along the East line of said <br /> Northeast quarter, 653. 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing along said East line N 01° 49' 54" West, 180.00 feet; <br /> thence on a line which is parallel to the South line of the said <br /> Northeast quarter S 84° 33' 49" West, 269. 40 feet; thence S 01° 49' <br /> 54" East parallel to the East line of said Northeast quarter 150. 00 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 03' 01" East 269. 18 feet to the East line of <br /> said Northeast quarter and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
