Therefore, the 35 acre rule should not <br /> apply in this case. This parcel existed when the blanket <br /> rezoning took place and should not have been zoned as Exclusive <br /> Agriculture. Therefore, it is appropriate at this time to rezone <br /> this property to AG-2 for 25 . 7 acres and RH-3 for 12 . 3 acres . <br /> We are familiar with this piece of property and it is well suited <br /> to the proposed rezoning request and is one of the more clear cut <br /> decisions that have been made by the Board. On March 20, the <br /> Board reconsidered this matter and voted unanimously in favor of <br /> this petition and felt that it is the best use for this parcel . <br /> The property owner would be willing to accept a deed restriction <br /> on both parcels such that if the township ever wanted to build a <br /> town road over the 66 ft . access strip from Garfoot Road to abut <br /> both proposed properties, neither property owner would object . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ��%lam ib jk <br /> Ann E.
