DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6171 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to <br /> include in the RH-4 District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6171: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 8, <br /> Town of Rutland described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest <br /> corner of Section 8; thence N 88° 37' 45" East 180. 6 feet along the <br /> centerline of Oak Hill Road; thence N 01° 10' 15" West 211. 72 feet, <br /> thence N 88° 37' 45" East 178 . 0 feet; thence N 01° 10' 15" West <br /> 1225 feet; thence West 330 feet, thence S 80° 20' 07" West 1114 .46 <br /> feet, thence S 33° 14' 11" East 124 . 0 feet along the centerline of <br /> Hwy. 14 , thence continue along said centerline S 24° East 280 feet, <br /> thence East 330 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> No division of the areas described above shall be permitted without <br /> making new applicaition for rezoning to Dane County. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the Town <br /> Board of Rutland as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of <br /> EFFECTI \ )1wit.rek <br /> I \ <br />
