C.U.P.#1217 <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Springdale having considered said <br /> Conditional Use Permit, be it therefore resolved that said peril is hereby Approved. <br /> Subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. During 1995, for a maximum of 5 weeks 20 hours per day will be permitted for <br /> operation. After the 5 weeks have been obtained, hours of operation are limited to <br /> 6:00 a.m. to 6.:00 p.m.. Operations are not permitted on Saturday evenings and on <br /> Sundays. <br /> 2. Starting in 1996 and for the remaining 14 years hours of operations are limited to 6:00 <br /> a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Saturday and Sunday operations are prohibited, except general <br /> maintenance on Saturday only. <br /> 3. Copies of appropriate insurance policies are to be filed with the Town. <br /> 4. A copy of the milked reclamation plan is to be filed with the Town. <br /> 5. The Springdale Town Board request that the Dane Co.
