The dominant plant species observed at the <br /> sample point(P2)completed in the upland adjacent to Wetland 1 were box elder(dicer negudo, FACW-), <br /> cottonwood(Populus deltoldes, FAC+), creeping Charlie(Glechoma hederacea, FACU),honey suckle <br /> (Lonicera sp., PACU/UPL),and garlic mustard(Alliaria peteolaia, MC). <br /> The upland soil map unit on the Property was Kegonsa silt loam. The Kegonsa series consists of well <br /> drained,nearly level and gently sloping soils that formed in loess and outwash under thin stands of mixed <br /> hardwoods and understory of prairie grasses, The soil conditions observed at the upland sample point <br /> consisted of soil and concrete fill materials. <br /> Natural Resources Consulting,Inc.
