All necessary dedications, notations or other information as deemed <br /> necessary by the Town Engineer and Town Attorney, and consistent with this Resolution, <br /> shall be shown on the face of the Plat. <br /> 25. The applicable fire and EMS departments serving the property shall review <br /> the plans for the structures and the site, shall be asked to provide a written report on <br /> providing services to the property and the structures, and the Developer shall comply with <br /> such recommendations to the satisfaction of those public safety service providers. <br /> 26. The Developer shall provide to the Town a recorded copy of the Plat. <br /> 27.
