` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5888 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Bristol <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5888: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: Part of Lot #1 and #2 Certified Survey Map #4955 being <br /> a part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Bristol, <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said <br /> Certified Survey Map #4955; thence N 89° 20 ' East, 461. 3 feet; <br /> thence S 23° 50 ' West, 160 feet; thence S 66° 10 ' East, 22 feet; <br /> thence S 23° 50 ' West, 60 feet; thence S 38° East, 75 feet; thence <br /> S 66° 10 ' East, 40 feet; thence East 140 feet to the centerline of <br /> Greenway Road; thence S 37° 24 ' West, 170 feet; thence S 87° 48 ' <br /> West, 81. 5 feet; thence S 37° 20 ' West, 132 feet; thence S 87° 24 ' <br /> West, 330 feet; thence N 01° 12 ' West, 528 . 3 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
