We would like to sell our present home <br /> in the near future, and be able to build a smaller home for <br /> ourselves on our land. None of the land is presently in agri- <br /> cultural use. <br /> We have received conditional approval of a preliminary Certi- <br /> fied Survey to create an additional parcel for that purpose. <br /> Our existing accessory buildings, however, would be non-con- <br /> forming in the present A-1 District, but would be permitted <br /> in the RH-1 District. <br /> Our request for a zoning change to the RH-i District is to <br /> satisfy that condition of approval. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> •4na S.
