` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5891 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating <br /> � to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Bl, arth 1 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5891: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: TO RH-1: Lots 7 through 9, Block 8, and Lots 4 through <br /> 9, Block 11, together with that portion of abandoned Catlin Street <br /> lying between the W line of Lot #6, Block 11, extended N and the E <br /> line of Lot #4, Block 11 extended N, all in the Prairie Addition to <br /> Mazomanie, together with the following described real estate. <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot #7, Block 11; thence East <br /> to the Northeast corner of Lot #9, Block 11, thence N 33 ' to the <br /> Southeast corner of Lot #4, Block 11; thence West to the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot #6, Block 11; thence S 33 ' to the point of beginning; <br /> all in the Prairie Addition to Mazomanie, Town of Mazomanie. Also, <br /> Lots 1 through 6, and 10 through 12 , Block 8; together with the <br /> following described real estate: Commencing at the Northwest <br /> corner of Lot #7, Block 8; thence East to the Northeast corner of <br /> Lot #12, Block 8; thence N 33 ' to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, <br /> Block 8; thence West to the Southwest corner of Lot #6, Block 8; <br /> thence S 33 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 8 and the <br /> point of beginning. Together with the W 1/2 of abandoned Barber <br /> Street lying between the South line of Lot #12 , Block 8 extended E <br /> and the N line of Lot #1, Block 8 extended E, all in the Prairie <br /> Addition to Mazomanie, Town of Mazomanie. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
