One item on <br /> the adjenda for that meeting was a zoning change request by <br /> Hazel Knudson ( #5895 ) to enlarge an existing parcel and change <br /> zoning of the addition from A-1 Ex' to RH 1 . <br /> The Vienna Board and Vienna Plan Committee found the request <br /> to be consistant with the Vienna Town Plan. Property owners <br /> are .allowed to enlarge existing lots from adjacent parcels, <br /> but not allowed to create .additional parcels which allow <br /> building. The request allows for future conservancy status <br /> for some remaining lands. <br /> The Vienna Board approved this request and asks that Dane County <br /> also approve, the request as presented.
