This Agreement benefits and binds <br /> the parties, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, <br /> successors and assigns, and shall be interpreted in accordance with <br /> the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin. It is intended as the <br /> complete and final expression of the provisions relating to the <br /> matters covered, superseding all prior negotiations and <br /> discussions. The parties acknowledge that damages would not <br /> provide an adequate remedy for breach of this Agreement, and <br /> therefore its provisions shall be specifically enforceable.
