(iii) After expiration of Conditional Use Permit (No. 1133) , no mining or other rock removal may occur behind said Lots 32 and 33 , or on the Expansion Area as shown on Exhibit A or on the southerly 500 feet of the Gravel Pit; except that Operator may continue to use its existing scale and driveways in this area. e. After expiration of Conditional Use Permit (No. 1133) , no mining or rock removal, except as may be necessary for or incidental to reclamation activities may be conducted upon the Expansion Area; and except that pending implementation of the reclamation plan, rock previously mined by the Operator may be stored on the expansion Area and moved to other locations. f. While quarry operations are conducted in the Expansion Area and until reclamation of the site is completed, the Operator shall take all reasonable precautions necessary in order to prevent personal injury and/or property damage from its activities occurring thereon. g. After expiration of Conditional Use Permit (No. 1133) , no _blasting, mining or excavation shall be permitted in any portion of the area marked as "Endres or Ripp Expansions" on Exhibit A attached hereto. On and after the date hereof, the Operator shall not apply for any extensions of existing quarry operations to the Endres or Ripp Expansions as shown on Exhibit A. h. The Operator shall prepare a plan of reclamation within ninety (90) days following the date of issuance of Conditional Use Permit (No. 1133 ) , which plan of reclamation shall be submitted 3 /19:
