In so doing, <br /> we -have learned that the church steps are already encroaching <br /> into the ROW. In order to correct this situation and to allow <br /> some margin of minimum set-back it has been suggested by <br /> various county and township officials that Vermont Lutheran <br /> Church purchase a strip of land from the adjoining property <br /> owners to the south- Stuart and Sherry Petsel . The purchase <br /> of this strip would allow movement of the existing ROW away <br /> from the church building . The ROW encroachment would be <br /> eliminated and would allow a reasonable set-back for the <br /> proposed improvements . The Vermont Church currently has a <br /> pending application to the board of adjustment for zero set- <br /> back. However , the movement of the ROW will allow for a <br /> reduced adjustment . <br /> • <br /> • <br />
