• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5899 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Black Earth <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 20, Town of <br /> Black Earth described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 20, <br /> thence S 03° 42 ' 53" West, 91. 80 feet; thence S 89° 50 ' 38" West, <br /> 1522 .27 feet to a point in the centerline of Reeve Road; thence <br /> Southwesterly, 192 feet along the centerline of Reeve Road to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 50° 23 ' East, 33 . 00 feet; thence S 12° <br /> 37 ' West, 639 . 00 feet; thence S 89° 50 ' 38 ' West, 364 . 49 feet to a <br /> point in the centerline of Reeve Road; thence Northeasterly, 831. 00 <br /> feet along the centerline of Reeve Road to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3 : Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section 20, <br /> thence N 00° 17 ' East, 159 . 77 feet; thence Northeasterly, 840 feet <br /> along the centerline of Reeve Road; thence S 88° 55 ' 56P East, <br /> 1029 . 82 feet to a point on the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 ; <br /> thence S 01° 05 ' 26" West, 911. 38 feet along the East line of the <br /> SW 1/4 SE 1/4 ; thence N 89° 15 ' 33" West, 1325 . 32 feet along the <br /> South line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
