• • <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5900 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Roxbury <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 Residential the following described land: <br /> Part of SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Roxbury described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 18 <br /> which is N 85° 59 ' East, 564 .82 feet from the Southwest corner of <br /> said Section 18; thence continuing N 85° 59 ' East, 300. 00 feet; <br /> thence N 04° 01' West, 442 . 50 feet; thence S 85° 59 ' West, 300. 00 <br /> feet; thence S 04° 01' East, 442 .50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
