Mr. and Mrs. Morrison want to build a garage <br /> attached to their house. We understand that A-1 zoning requires a 50 foot backyard and <br /> R-3 zoning requires a 25 foot backyard. An attached garage will leave the Morrison with <br /> a 25 foot backyard. We do not wish to sell any land from our field which surrounds the <br /> Morrison's lot as this would make working the land more difficult. We certainly do not <br /> oppose the Morrison building a garage.
