My intention is to <br /> keep my horse on the land instead of boarding him at a stable. <br /> There are so many times my horse has no water or food, and <br /> when he was severely cut over his eye, the people who run the <br /> stable didn' t get medical attention for him. The horse could <br /> have lost his eye from the severe infection he developed. <br /> The horse boarding situation is the same at all the <br /> stables in this whole area. <br /> The only way I know my horse will be properly taken care <br /> of is if I do it myself. I will build a shed large enough for <br /> the horse and level off an area to ride him on. I would plan <br /> to do this project at the end of April or the beginning of <br /> May, 1991+. <br /> NOTE: I have already met with my town board on Monday, Feb.21 , <br /> at which time I was granted approval for this rezoning <br /> Lesko <br /> o flE.
