• <br /> • <br /> ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5908 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5908: <br /> Part SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 9, Town of Albion, <br /> thence East on South line of Section, 566. 6 feet± to the centerline <br /> of CTH A; thence N 22° 19 ' West along said centerline, 256. 6 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue N 22° .19 ' <br /> West along said centerline, 542 feet; thence N 67° 41 ' East, 210 <br /> feet; thence S 18° 53 ' East, 138 feet±; thence East, 586 feet; <br /> thence S 29° 23 ' East, 440 feet±; thence West, 670 feet±; thence S <br /> 67° 41 ' West, 177. 5 feet± to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
