°DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5913 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the R-1 Residential and A-2 Agriculture Zoning Districts the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Christiana described as follows: TO R-1: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 3 , thence North 292 . 5 feet; thence S 75° 02 ' 57" East 164 . 41 feet; thence South 242 . 81 feet; thence S 87° 22 ' 40" West 159 . 02 feet to the point of beginning. Also, beginning at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 3 ; thence N 87° 22 ' 40" East 159 . 02 feet; thence S 18° 24 ' 10" West 503 . 19 feet; thence North 470. 18 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-2: Commencing at a point 124 ' 10" South and 49 ' 2" East of the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 3 . Thence S 82° 14 ' 40" East 54 feet; thence S 07° 43 ' 20" West 65 feet; thence N 82° 14 ' 40" West 54 feet; thence N 07° 43 ' 20" East 65 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
