5916 - Page 2 of 2 <br /> 63 . 07 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map <br /> #4095, recorded in Dane County Register of Deeds; thence <br /> Northeasterly, 200. 00 feet; thence Northwesterly, 190. 00 feet to <br /> the Southeasterly right-of-way of Coyt Drive; thence Northeasterly <br /> along the Southeasterly right-of-way of Coyt Drive, 150. 00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. The three parcels proposed in this rezone shall not be <br /> further divided. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
