Elsberry, Town Chair <br /> Subject: Zoning Petition # 5916; Review of <br /> Attached is a copy of materials that were presented to the town board at our meeting last night. <br /> It appears that the previous action of the county zoning committee may have been based on a <br /> presumption that the land in question is totally in the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District. <br /> After a review of the documentation provided by the Farwell's, it appears that the land is zoned <br /> both A-1 Exclusive AND RH-3. <br /> I would like to discuss this matter with you today, so that any questions can be resolved prior <br /> to the zoning meeting to be held this evening.
