Witte& Sons Inc.: <br /> On January 5, 2016 and December 9, 2016,the Dane County Zoning Division observed the construction of a new <br /> agriculture building on your property. <br /> Section 10.25(2)(a)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) states, "(2)Zoning permits. (a)No new <br /> building shall hereafter be erected, and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or <br /> changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit <br /> has been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance." <br /> Section 12.06(1)(k)of the DCCO states that no permit fee is required for your project. <br /> 12.06 EXEMPTIONS FROM FEES.
