On premise advertising ... ." <br /> Section 10.74(23)of the DCCO states, "(23)Wall signs shall have a maximum size of 100 square feet where the <br /> speed limit on the adjacent highway is 35 miles per hour or less, ... . Such a sign shall be erected to a height not to <br /> exceed 20 feet where the speed limit on the adjacent highway is 35 miles per hour or less, ... ." <br /> You are hereby instructed to submit a sign permit application within thirty(30)days of the date of this letter,or you <br /> are hereby instructed to remove the wall sign within thirty(30)days of the date of this letter. <br /> A sign permit application,a permit information page, a copy of the Play of Survey,by Daniel V.
