The engineering was <br /> submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for technical review and has been found to conform <br /> to Dane County Code of Ordinance, Chapter 17, Floodplain Regulations. The filling and the grading shall comply <br /> with the submitted plan. <br /> When the project is completed, your engineer will be required to submit an "as built" survey of the property. <br /> Land disturbance shall not occur until a Shoreland Erosion Control Permit is issued by Dane County Land and <br /> Water Resources.
