DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5921 <br /> Amending Section 10 . 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial and R-2 Rural Homes the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #5921: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO R-2 : Part of Lot #2 , Certified Survey Map 1972 being a part <br /> of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot #2 , Certified Survey <br /> Map 1972 ; thence N 03 ° 06 ' 30" East along the East line of said Lot <br /> #2 , 70 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 03 ° 06 ' <br /> 30" East along the east line of said Lot #2 , 310 feet; thence West <br /> along the South right-of-way of STH 19 , 160 feet; thence; S 03 ° 06 ' <br /> • <br /> 30" West, 280 feet; thence East 86 feet; thence S 03 ° 06 ' 30" West, <br /> 30 feet; thence East 74 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO C-2 : Part of Lot 2 , Certified Survey Map #1972 being a part <br /> of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie beginning <br /> at the Southeast corner of said Lot #2 ; thence West along the South <br /> line of said Lot #2 , 160 feet; thence N 03 ° 06 ' 30" East along the <br /> West line of said Lot #2 , 100 feet; thence East, 86 feet; thence S <br /> 03 ° 06 ' 30" West, 30 feet; thence East 74 feet; thence S 03 ° 06 ' <br /> 30" West along the East side of said Lot #2 , 70 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 . 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
