CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order by Lyman Anderson at 7 : 30 PM <br /> in room 201 City-County Building. <br /> H. MINUTES <br /> MOTION by Kesterson/Hellenbrand to correct the minutes of <br /> 08/23/94 to reflect that the action on Petition 6036 was to <br /> "postpone action to a future meeting" ; carried 5/0 . <br /> III. PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS: <br /> 1. PETITION # 6039 by Duane & Joyce Haag to change the zoning from <br /> C-2 DR Commercial to C-2 Commercial on property located 8677 STH 19 <br /> in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Berry. (NOTE: <br /> this request is actually to remove an existing deed restriction <br /> which had been previously imposed on the property to limit the <br /> number of vehicles which could be stored on the,'property. ) <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Don Millis, Duane &- Joyce Haag, Mel <br /> Bankes, Stan Theis, Cecile Peterson, Wm Willy, <br /> Debra Lins, Oscar Wendt, Fran Tourdot. <br /> OPPOSED: None <br /> STAFF: EHD, RPC <br /> TOWN: Herman Hoffman, Chairman, Town has approved. <br /> 2 .
