Haag, husband and wife, (the "Owner") , ie the Owner of the following described land in the Town of Berry, County,ry, Dane Count Wisconsin, to-wit: Part of the NW1/4-NW1/4 Section 10, Town of Berry, described as follows: Beginning 364 .5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 10; thence East 453 feet; thence South 120 feet; thence East 165 feet; thence South 103 feet; thence West ;,1 618 feet; thence North 231 feet to the point of beginning.
