This is a mostly developed mixed-use area in the Town of Madison. <br /> There is a commercial building under construction immediately northeast of the area <br /> proposed for rezoning to C-1. There are single-family homes on all of the lots fronting on <br /> Badger Road. <br /> This rezone appears to be a correction to have all of the property owned by the applicant in <br /> the same zoning district. <br /> This appears reasonably compatible if: no commercial development is allowed between the <br /> residential parcels, and no vehicular traffic is allowed off Badger Road. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
