At that time, they were questioned if the <br /> bank would approve a loan on a Site Approval. The Bank assured the Lund's, <br /> there would be no problem so they proceeded with a Site Approval. <br /> In March of 1994, the Lund's were informed they needed to have the <br /> acreage rezoned on which the house stands before they can receive money to <br /> finish the home. This is the reason why the Lund's needed to have the <br /> zoning change is because of financing.
