The house I am moving is presently a two unit house in <br /> excellent condition even though it is an older building. The R3A zoning allows for the <br /> two unit to be placed there. Presently the parcel is 1.49 Acres which is larger than most <br /> lot sizes in the area. The home will have a new front and rear porch, basement, 3 car <br /> garage, blacktop drive and fully landscaped. <br /> If all permits are approved the move shall take place in June of 1994. At present the lot <br /> on Mineral Pt. Rd. is vacant.
