• <br /> X <br /> ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5932 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Black Earth <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to <br /> include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 22 , Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of <br /> said Section 22; thence West 4188. 64 feet along the East-West <br /> quarter line; thence N 03° 46" West, 175.47 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 03° 46 ' West, 175. 00 feet to a point on the <br /> South right-of-way line of Olson Road; thence S 83° 35 ' East, <br /> 127. 00 feet along said right-of-way line; thence S 03° 46 ' East, <br /> 175. 00 feet; thence N 83° 35 ' West, 127. 00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Commercial use of the property shall be limited to a dry-wall <br /> contractor business. <br /> (B) Construction of new buildings for the commercial use is <br /> prohibited. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
