This is an existing garage in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of <br /> Middleton. The adopted county policy for this situation is: "Only commercial uses clearly <br /> related to or needed to support agricultural production may be permitted in designated <br /> agricultural preservation areas." <br /> The application is for farm equipment and vehicle repair. <br /> If the site is rezoned to C-2, it should be conditionally rezoned for only this use, since most <br /> other C-2 uses would be incompatible with the policy and the scattered residential <br /> development in the area. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
