LaFond <br /> suggested rezoning the entire parcel to A-2-1, limited to this <br /> family business and if sold the zoning goes back to the original <br /> zoning. Storage of vehicles should not exceed thirty days. <br /> ****** Moved by LaFond, seconded by Malliet to approve the rezoning <br /> of the entire parcel to A-2-1 with the following stipulations; <br /> thirty day vehicle storage only, one family member be employed, and <br /> if the property is sold it goes back to the original zoning without <br /> the conditional use.
