` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5934 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the R-lA Residential and RH-4 Rural Homes the following described land: Pet. #5934: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 28, Town of Berry described as follows: TO R-1A: A part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4, all in Section 28, Town of Berry, described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 28; thence N 87° 25 ' 26" West along the North line of said NE 1/4, 1083.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 14° 43 ' 45" West, 356.86 feet; thence N 84° 11' 30 ' West, 294.72 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of CTH KP; thence N 21° 40 ' 07" East along said right-of-way line, 208.45 feet to the beginning of a 1178.92 foot radius curve to the left; thence Northeasterly, 140.58 feet along the arc of said curve; making a central angle of 06° 49 ' 56" and a long chord of 140.49 feet that bears N 18° 15 ' 09 ' East, thence S 87° 25 ' 26" East, 263.24 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-4: A part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, and part of the N W 1/4 NE 1/4, all in Section 28, Town of Berry described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 28; thence N 87° 25 ' 26" West along the North line of said NE 1/4, 773.26 feet; thence S 20° 01' 33" East, 693 .91 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 20° 01 ' 33" East, 734. 09 feet to the South line of the N 1/2 NE 1/4; thence N 87° 24 ' 45" West along said South line, 1089.87 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of CTH KP, thence N 16° 33 ' 07" West along said right-of-way line, 459.21 feet to the beginning of a 785.51 feet radius curve to the right; thence Northeasterly, 523 .99 feet along the arc of said curve, making a central angle of 38° 13 ' 14" and a long chord of 514.33 feet that bears N 02° 33 ' 30" East; thence N 21° 40 ' 07" East along said right-of-way, 38.88 feet; thence S 84° 11' 30 ' East, 294.72 feet; thence S 09° 12 ' 33" East, 256.51 feet; thence S 83° 32 ' 42" East, 600.78 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions.
