This is an unsewered residential development area in the Town of Burke <br /> where creation of lots of 20,000 square feet are allowed by policy. <br /> This is a somewhat unique arrangement to allow large lots (over two acres each), plus one <br /> animal unit per acre, in the area between two single-family subdivisions. Thus, the RH-1 <br /> areas now function as horse pastures.
