` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5936 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in t. - Town of <br /> Dunkirk <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain :s follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dun. rk be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes the followin• described land: <br /> Pet. #5936: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34, Tow, of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South guar -r corner of said Section <br /> 34; thence East on the Section line, 23 feet± to the Southwest <br /> corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 and be'ng the point of beginning; <br /> thence North on the 1/4 1/4 line, 435 feet±; thence East, 435 <br /> feet±; thence South, 435 feet± to t' e section line, thence West on <br /> the section line, 435 feet± to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITI%NAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane Co ty Code of Ordinances.
