CO lb, OV/Ce—E V.■43"S0r4 the owner/s of e following described land in the Town of is/are Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: I?uN�ti rk V28249P 35 Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 34; thence East on the Section line, 1323 feet± to the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 and being the point of beginning; thence North on the 1/4 1/4 line, 435 feet±; thence East, 435 feet±; thence South, 435 feet± to the section line, thence West on the section line, 435 feet± to the point of beginning. 11. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acgtaire title hereafter. III. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby imposed: (A) Further division of the farm property is prohibited. These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, I pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated.
